Christingle Aktion

In the last week before Christmas the classes 8a and 8d had an unusual English lesson.
A good friend of our English teacher, Mrs Julie Khler,originally from England, came to us and told us about the "Christingle", which is what English children traditionally get when they go to church on the third Sunday of Advent.
A Christingle is made of
While we were making our Christingles, we ate Cornish scones, baked by one of the girls.
Scones are little round cakes with cream and strawberry jam on them. They tasted very good!
